We're going sport mad and we're changing 4 life too!

 

We are really proud of the Sport on offer at Allington and work closely with the brilliant charity known as Inspire+ in order to enhance our provision. We also have 6 Bronze Sports Ambassadors in school, who are bursting with enthusiasm and ideas to get everyone in school aware, healthy and active. In Term 3, they are putting these ideas into action and putting the whole school on a Health Kick! We'll be exploring ways to increase our physical activity, choose healthier food options and try new clubs We are also lucky to have an assembly given by a dentist, optician, road safety officer and also Sam Ruddock (paralympian) and Sarah Outen (round the world endurance athlete). Phew!

 

A HUGE well done to the 6 Bronze Ambassadors who recently completed their Change4life Young Leader training. They'll be running a Change4life school club in Term 3. For more information on change4life, visit
